These are the terms for using Neatsaves. By making an account you agree to them. They're short on purpose.

Your saves are yours

You own what you save and what you write in Neatsaves. We use it only to run the service for you: reading and sorting your saves, writing next steps, answering your questions and showing you your library. You can export everything at any time from Settings.

Using it fairly

• Save things you're allowed to see. Don't use Neatsaves to break another site's rules or anyone's rights.
• A public collection link shows its saves to anyone who has the link. Turn the link off to make it private again.
• Keep your password and API keys to yourself. Revoke a key in Settings if it leaks.
• Don't try to overload, scrape or break the service, or get around the plan limits.

Plans and billing

• Free includes 100 new saves a month and a one-time import of up to 500 older posts.
• Pro is $8 a month or $72 a year, billed in advance through Stripe. It removes those limits and adds Ask, MCP and API access, and video watching.
• Cancel any time from Settings. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for and then moves to Free. We don't refund partial periods.
• If prices change, the new price applies from your next renewal, not in the middle of a period you paid for.

What Neatsaves writes is a best guess

Categories, summaries, next steps and answers are written by an AI model reading the post. They're usually right and sometimes wrong. Check anything that matters, like a price, an address or a command, against the original post.

When things change or stop

Neatsaves is a young product and parts of it will change. If we ever shut it down, you'll have time to export your saves first. We can close an account that breaks these terms.

Neatsaves is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Leaving

Delete your account from Settings → Data → Delete account. The Privacy page says what happens to your data.
