Can you search Instagram Saved and TikTok Favorites together?

Not inside either app. Instagram Saved has no search, sort or filter, and TikTok describes no search inside Favorites. Each app's search bar looks across the whole platform, not your saves.

On Instagram, open your profile, the menu in the top right, then Saved. You can file posts into collections, and that's all. (Instagram Help)

What each app lets you export

Both give you a data file, which is a list of what you saved, not a way to search it. Neither file mixes the two apps.
